2026 GOLF PACKAGE BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Please review the full booking instructions below for our 2026 Golf Packages using the new tiered golf rates:

Package Overview

Our 2026 Golf Packages combine an overnight stay with either 1 or 2 rounds of golf, plus full hot breakfast.

Package Options

  • Morning (Open – 12:00 PM)
    • Rate Code: GOLFMORNING (1 round)
    • Rate Code: GOLF2MORNING (2 rounds)
  • Afternoon (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
    • Rate Code: GOLFAFTERNOON (1 round)
    • Rate Code: GOLF2AFTERNOON (2 rounds)
  • Evening (3:00 PM – Close)
    • Rate Code: GOLFEVENING (1 round)
    • Rate Code: GOLF2EVENING (2 rounds)

Availability

  • Open until end of golf season
  • Subject to tee time availability
  • Advance booking required

Pricing

  • Pricing varies based on:
    • Tee time selected (morning, afternoon, or evening tier)
    • Number of rounds (1 or 2)
    • Room type selected
  • Always confirm tee time before quoting final package price.

Booking Instructions for Guest Services and INTERGY Teams

  • Step 1 – Confirm Golf Details FIRST
    • Before booking the package:
      • Confirm golf date
      • Confirm preferred tee time
      • Confirm number of golfers
      • Check tee time availability (if you need assistance with this Barb is making a tutorial video)
      • Book tee time whenever possible
    • Do NOT book the package until tee time is confirmed.
  • Step 2 – Select Correct Rate Code
    • Match the tee time to the correct package:
      • Open–12 PM → GOLFMORNING / GOLF2MORNING
      • 12 PM–3 PM → GOLFAFTERNOON / GOLF2AFTERNOON
      • 3 PM–Close → GOLFEVENING / GOLF2EVENING
    • Ensure 1-round or 2-round package matches booking.
  • Step 3 – Add Tee Time to Special Services
    • Tee times must be entered properly:
      • Guest Profile → Special Services → Add → Golf Notes
    • Do NOT put tee times in regular Notes or Details Notes. They must go under Golf Notes in Special Services whenever possible.

 

Important Guest Information

  • Guests must be advised:
    • Packages are built around confirmed tee times.
    • If tee times change, package price and/or stay dates may need to change.
    • Adjustments are based on the new tee time and applicable rates.
    • Suggested wording:
      • “Because your package is built around your confirmed tee time, any changes to that time may affect your package pricing or even your stay dates. We’re happy to assist with adjustments if needed.”

Final Booking Checklist

  • Before completing reservation check that:
    • Tee time is confirmed & booked
    • Correct Rate Code is selected
    • Correct room type is selected
    • Pricing is confirmed with the guest
    • Tee time has been added to Special Services → Golf Notes
    • Guest has been advised of tee time change policy

Please Take Note:

Pets Allowed During Winter

Pets are allowed in cottages and select resort rooms during winter. Suites and rooms with view are not eligible for pets.

Fall Special Rate

Please ensure we are using the “FALLSPECIAL RATE” primarily when booking the fall package and ONLY any additional nights are to be booked under FALL2ND.

Double Check Rates on Packages

Please remember to double check rates on packages before giving the rate to the guest. On days with high occupancy, rates may be higher than the starting rate listed on the package page.

VCC Payment Notes

Just a reminder: when doing the third party prepaid reservations, please make sure that the amount that is to be charged to the virtual credit card is in the notes.

Ferry Pickups

Please make sure you are recording in Resort Suite when a guest requires a ferry pick-up. There is a button located in the special services tab to record this.
