  • Confirm stay is Thursday–Saturday and before April 30, 2026.
  • Check Spa availability FIRST. Do NOT confirm room until Spa availability is confirmed.
  • Confirm correct occupancy.
  • Add early check-in (2 PM) in Special Services.
  • Add late check-out (12 PM) in Special Services.
  • Clearly communicate pricing is plus HST.
Important Conditions
  • Valid Thursday–Saturday until April 30, 2026.
  • 72-hour cancellation policy prior to arrival.
  • Subject to HST.
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Not applicable to groups or contracted rates.
  • Limited availability.
  • If guest is staying multiple nights, confirm which day spa treatment is scheduled.

Pets Allowed During Winter

Pets are allowed in cottages and select resort rooms during winter. Suites and rooms with view are not eligible for pets.

Fall Special Rate

Please ensure we are using the “FALLSPECIAL RATE” primarily when booking the fall package and ONLY any additional nights are to be booked under FALL2ND.

Double Check Rates on Packages

Please remember to double check rates on packages before giving the rate to the guest. On days with high occupancy, rates may be higher than the starting rate listed on the package page.

VCC Payment Notes

Just a reminder: when doing the third party prepaid reservations, please make sure that the amount that is to be charged to the virtual credit card is in the notes.

Ferry Pickups

Please make sure you are recording in Resort Suite when a guest requires a ferry pick-up. There is a button located in the special services tab to record this.
